About:China Work Visa

Hey, based on the messages here it seems that you can apply for a Z visa from inside of China? I was told this is only true if the company you are working for has more than 5 million RMB registered capital? Can you tell me if this is true? I'm currently working for a small company in Beijing, and I was planning to fly to Hong Kong to apply for a new Z visa (I can do this there, right?), but obviously if I could stay in Beijing it would be much more convenient!

Thanks for your help!

Sorry sir, I haven't heard that the foreign eployers of the China company with over 5 million RMB registered capital could apply the China Z visa in China, but I just heard that the Chia company with over 5 million RMB registered capital can emply foreigners. I'm afraid you have to apply for the Chhina Z visa in Hk or in your home country.
