I have one free day in Beijing and plan to visit Simatai Great Wall. Well, a minor problem here. I need catch my flight to back to my country in the late afternoon the same day. Is it OK?

As Simatai Great Wall is very far from urban area and will take a whole day to visit, maybe you can not catch your flight in time after visiting it. And I have been there once, it is very dangerous to climb due to the seriously weathering. You may want to consider other parts, like Mutianyu or Badaling.
