hello im from egypt i live in china for study i want ask about how i can make visa to asrael

You can appply for the visa from the embassy of Isreal in Beijing.

So your in student visa well its better to get more information's from the embassy of Israel and tell them that your in student visa because its different to tourist visa or other type for the purpose to study .
