Hi our family plans to visit beijing duing wiinter so the kids(ages 3 to 14years old) can enjoy the snow. which month bet nov to feb is best to visit? what places to see at that time? what tours do you have for winter? what hotel 4 or 5 star is best and accesible that you can recommend sice we have kids with us. Beijing is probabaly snowy in Jan and Feb. It is hard to tell that is will definitely snow. The Forbidden City in snow is beautiful. If you want to see the most beautiful snow scene, suggest you go Harbin in winter. :)
