About:China Train

I'm traveling from Xian to Chengdu and wanted to know, what would be the best way to get ot songpan.
1)getting off somewhere on the way or
2)Going to song pan from Chengdu

Morning, James, as far as I know, it will be more convenient to take arrive at Mianyang first. Mianyang is the 2nd largest city in Sichuan Province, you may take train there. After arrival in Mianyang, go to the long-way bus station and take bus to Songpan. On the way, you will pass a plae called Pingwu.
