How do I get to Hong Kong from Yichang? (Please make suggestions!)

Yes, there is no direct flight or train from Yichang to Hong Kong, and Guangzhou seems to be a good connection city. Because of the flight schedule, you are supposed to stay overnight in Guangzhou. Then you can take an afternoon train to Hong kong, which is economical and convenient.0
