No direct buses to Yangjiang from Hong Kong. You should get to Guangzhou and find buses at Guangzhou Bus Terminal.

there is several buses from yangjiang to HK each day. there is buses to GZ each hour or less.

There are buses from Kowloon. These are more comfortable and safe but also slightly more expensive. Check with CITS.
