I am a Nigerian studying in China. I wish to go to Hk to spend two weeks of my holiday. Do I need a visa to HK? if yes, where and how do i get the visa?

You need a visa to Hk, you can apply for it from the local exit-entry administration under the public security bureau (county-level above).
