i am a nigerian, i have one year multiple chinese visa. can i apply for hongkong visa here in china?

Mr.andy, yes, you can apply for Hong Kong visa in Beijing. The Beijing Office, the Government of the Hong Kong SAR provide this service. Please visit its website http://www.bjo.gov.hk/eng/pgm_index_e.htm
