About:Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles

I have been trying to contact the Passport & Visa Office via phone and email to inquire about the status of a specific document authentication case. But the phone only has recorded messages and the email keeps getting bounced.

Is there another way I can reach them to check on the status? Thanks in advance.
