I am a mexican man 22 years old who wants to learn Chinese language in China (in Quanzhou Fujian) how can I get the visa? is it easier apply for it in HK?

You must apply for a university or college where you will learn Chinese in Quanzhou, Fujian firstly.Then school will also provide you a JW101 or JW202 issued by the Chinese authorized unit tohether with the adimission letter to you. The two documents are necessary for your visa application.For X student visa of CHina, You'd better apply for it in your home country which will be easier than that in HK.
