Hi, how is the public transport like in Shanghai? Are there trains like those in Hong Kong? And are there connecting trains from airport to the city center?

Currently, the Shanghai subway is not as developed as the Hong Kong MTR. But, the Shanghai subway system has covered most of the city's popular area. And, the Pudong Airport has operated express Maglev between the airport terminal and Longyang Rd in downtown area. Well, it seems that this website has done a good introduction on Shanghai's subway, see here: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/shanghai/transportation/subway.htm
