what is the weather like in novemberdecember.

Question

What is the weather like in November and December.  I have my choice of both months to travel, either 11/18 or 12/10 for 10 days?  Thank you.

I think Nov is better than Dec due to the weather condition. Although Beijing is in cold winter in these two months, Dec is much colder~
