About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Hi,
I'm an American seeking a short-term tourist visa into China.

Is it possible to schedule a visa appointment outside of 9-12? If so, how do I schedule such an appointment?

No appointment is required when applying a China visa from the Chinese embassy in USA.
