My schedule would only allow me to visit in early Novemeber. Is it true that this period there are sand storms and would affect sight seeing? What is the temperature like?

In November, the temperature begins to drop tremendously in Xinjiang and it starts to snow. If you like the snow sight, it is OK to go there in November. But if you enjoy the greenness, I suggest you to go there in July and August.
