You need to prepare the following documents:1. Your passport with blank pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration.2. A Visa Notification Form issued by Chinese authorized unit.3. A truly and completely filled application form signed by yourself.4. A bareheaded and full-faced photo.5. The residence permit in Spain and its copy.
