About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

My wife works for the airlines, so we will be flying standby, so this means no ticket will be issued until
we arrive at the airport. Will this be a problem in obtaining a visa?

it may be a problem when applying for the visa, but you can try to report your special case to the embassy when submit your application.
