I wish to meet a friend who will fly off at 4.30pm from HK International airport.  My flight will reach Macau International airport around 1240 noon on the same day. What are the possible ways for me to reach HK airport before 2.30pm.

Take taxi to HK-macau Ferry terminal from Macau Airport and then take direct Turbo jet to Hong Kong Airport (Haitian Ferry Terminal). You can catch the one at 13:45 and arrive in Haitian 45 minutes later. Suggest you get to the ferry terminal at least half a hour in advance.
