Required documents for F visa:
1. Original passport, which must have at least 6 months remaining validity left and aslo enough blank visa page left
2. A passport-size photo affixed to a duly filled application form
3. Invitation letter or visa notification sheet from an authorized Chinese organization
4. Two-way air tickets and confirmed hotel reservation0
