But as I know, the West China Center of Medical Sciences in Sichuan University is very excellent. Its official website says they enroll overseas students. It's true. Sichuan Univeristy is one of the 25 Chinese universities which enroll the overseas students, who major in MBBS. So, don't worry. In my opinion, it's able to offer you pure English course.
