HIDEAR EMBASADOR OF UNITED ARAB EMIRATES IN CHINA.MY NAME IS MASOUD.M I AM RESEDENCE OF DUBAI.I HAVE A BROTHER HE WENT TO CHINA FOR BUISNES TRIP.HE LAST HIS PASSPORT YESTERDAY 24/06/2009.HE IS IN GUANZO CITY NOW.HIS HOLDING IRANIAN PASSPORT.HE REPORT THE LAST PASSPORT TO THE POLICE ALREDAY.THE QUESTION IS HOW HE CAN GET THE NEW PASSPORT AND HOW HE CAN COME BACK TO DUBAI.
