can i go to harbin with family on april, 2010. can i see the ice sculpture? ice houses? ice laterns? is it good time?

In April, the weather gets warm so it is hard to see ice sculpture. I suggest you visit Harbin in Winter from December to February, which are the best time to visit the snow and ice sceneries in Harbin.
