Ms.Holmberg, You can't get a visa upon arrival. You need apply for a China visa in Chinese embassy or consulates in South Korea according to the consular jurisdiction.
Step 1: Prepare all requirements by the embassy or consulates
Step 2: Submit requirements to embassy or consulates in person or entrust friends, visa agency or travel agency to do it.
Step 3: Pay fees on the date stated on the PICK-UP FORM and collect your visa, please check it carefully after get it.
