Hi, I am trying to contact EMS and they dont seem to have a number or email address. I bought some stuff over a week ago and it has not arrived yet. The woma at the company I bought it from says I should be patient but she does not give me an aswer about my package. Does anyone know how to get in touch with EMS? They gave me a tracking number but it does not give information EE143020019CN. I am in Mexico. I will apprciate any feedback.Thanks,yahoo.com|irmanunezq

Hi, i have check you package by the tracking number you give to me. It is said that it leaves Guangzhou and be send to Mexico on june. 15 . Do worry, i think it will arrive soon.

Hi Irma,Did you receive your package? I think we have the same situation. I buy an item too, until now i did not receive my package. they gave me a tracking number but it does not give information too. EE165267969CN this is the tracking number. Can some one help me?
