i will be in ningbo in august ( university of nottingham)would like to visit

I WILL BE IN NINGBO IN AUGUST ( UNIVERSITY OF NOTTINGHAM) AND WOULD LIKE TO VISIT SHANGHAI AND HANG ZHOU.  PLS GIVE ME THE DIRECTIONS/ STEPS WHICH AND HOW TO TAKE THE TRAIN.  THANKS YOU.

Ningbo-Shanghai South Railway Station (also has two trains to Shanghai Railway Station): faster trains will take 3.5 hoursShanghai-Hangzhou: Shanghai Railway Station and south Railway station both has trains to Hangzhou Railway Station and Hangzhou East Railway Station. D trains (bullet trains) to Hangzhou Railway station, 1.5 hours.  Hangzhou-Ningbo: The two railway stations of Hangzhou both have trains to Ningbo. Train Z9 is the fastest, within 2 hours.
