From Feb. to Apr., most cities of China are still a little cold. The weather starts to become warmer. I suggest you go to Yunnan in the southwest of China. In Yunnan province, you can go to visit Kunming, Lijiang and Dali. The climate of Kunming is good. It's nicknamed City of Spring.
