About:Zhuhai Dining

We are in a group of 8 adults thinking of going to Zhuhai for a day trip, from Macau on 27th Oct.2009. I heard the Oysters in zhuhai are the best. can someone advise me how to get to the Oyster Farm & can we rent 1/2 day van ? thank you
