Whole family all US citizen currently in Beijing entered with Z visa which generates the 1 year residence card; and the kid & wife as dependent under the residence card.  I may not have an employer in the cmoing months & that generates the question below.I have HK　回乡证 & can enter the country under the 'Chinese identity' but my kid only has US citizenship and passport. International school admitted him under the above status but when it comes time to leave the employer, what visa can I obtain for the kid leveraged off my 回乡证 while he is a 100% US citizen/kid?  Roughly how to run the procedures while we are in Beijing?
