About:index

My 2 clients are from Singapore (They are Singporians). They will drop by Thailand next week and then go to China for not more than 2 weeks,to visit the Yangtze river, Shanghai etc.I need your informations what documents they must prepare. What should I do if I'm their representative to take charge in this case.
