Central and Admirelty is closed to these two parks, but the hotels and expenses are higher. Suggest you get to stay at Tsim Sha Tsui or Yau Ma Tei, where are also famous shopping areas in Hong Kong, having cheaper hotel.
If you want cheaper, try budget economical inns. :-)
