I plan to go harbin during Dec. What is the best date to go there for ICE festival? I will be travel from kuala lumpur, any recomment flight to harbin? Thanks a lots.

It is cold in Harbin during the period you mentioned, around -20C to -10C. The best time to go Harbin is around January 05, when the Ice Lantern Festival will be held.
