About:Macau Visa Policy

I am Austrian and my friend is Chinese.
We would like to visit Macau for two days coming from China.
Can she gets a Visa at the Border to Macau ?

She'd better apply for a Exit-Entry Permit to Macau from the local security bureau in advance.
