Hi,

I hold a New Zealand passport and will be in Cambodia August 24 to August 28. I expect to have a job offer in Nanjing by that time. If I bring my Chinese working documents to the embassy with my passport, will I be able to apply for a Visa in that time?

I will want a job in Nanjing from 1 September to 30 Jan. I have been sent a contract by an employer and I'm just negotiating it now. Soon, the employer will send me the working documents. I will give the documents to the embassy as proof that I am eligible for a work Visa.

Oh, if you can get the documents from the company, you are surely to get the visa to China with the other requirements for visa application such as your passport with at least 2 blank pages and 6 month validity, completed visa application form filled with true info. affixed with visa-sized photo and so on.

Very good. How much time will it take to process? I may only have 3 or 4 days in Phnom Penh.
