my mean is that.my going to pakistan in this summer..
and i want to take my sister with me.
and she want to stay with me here in china for one year..
is this possible..
and what is the requirements for it??

I'm afriad that your sister can't stay in China with you for one year.
Your sister could only apply a L tourist visa to China, whose duration of the stay after entry is at most 180 days.

your sisiter just has to go to the Chinese embassy in Pakistan to apply for the L visa with the required documents, which will be ok.

The requirements are:
1. Her passport with at least 2 blank pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration.

2. A truly and completely filled application form affixed with one passport-sized photo.

3. Round-trip air ticket

4. Your invitation letter enclosed with your valid address and contacts in China.

sir my university is agree to give me a invitation letter for her..
but please tell me that how can i use of this invitation letter??i have to submit directelly in embassy or firstly i have to submit in foreign office??and stay durition shoul be mantion or not??

Just submit the invitation letter to the embassy for the visa application.
