Not really. The only flight between Beijing and Dunhuang is available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. The flight takes off at 7:30 in the morning, which means that you are supposed to arrive at the airport  before 5:30. You may need to check the latest flight schedule before you make the plan.
