About:China Embassy in Thailand

Our employer mentioned that we should get a visiting scholar visa before leaving Thailand and it will last for 3 months, then she will change it over to a Z visa. Have you ever heard of a visiting scholar visa and does it apply in our situation since we are going over as teachers not students.

Thank you
Robin
