1. Original Visa Notice from an authorized Chinese unit,prescribing the visa validity, number of entries and stay period;

2. Fully completed Visa Application Form in Chinese or English, attached with the applicant's recent color photograph.

3. Original passport with more than six months validity and minimum 2 blank visa pages.

4. Invitation letter from the company/organization/institution you want to visit inChina.

If this is your first visit to China, the following documents are also prepared in case of necessity:

1. Your Personal Bank Statement in the past 3 months.

2.Your company's Registration Certificate(photocopy).

3. A recommendation letter from Chamber of Commerce& Industry

4 Your Tax Payment Receipt for last year (photocopy)

5 Your Character Certificate/Police Clearance Certificate
