If we were to take a trip to Harbin in Nov or Dec, is there anything to see, such as ice sculputures and lights, or would we not see anything like the festival?

Harbin is a city famous for fantastic sculptures created from snow and ice and ice lanterns. If you travel in Nov or early Dec, only indoor ice activities are available. I suggest you visit Harbin in late Dec to fully enjoy the charming city.
