In the few weeks, the rate will be 6.83-6.84. Wow, I know little about the foreign exchange. Usually, the airport and banks will exchange the money according to the rate. If you choose bank, suggest, Bank of CHina. Or there is much difference to pay by cash or credit card?!

Speaking from experience. We were in Shenzhen. Withdraw cash from Bank of China ATM. Out of 20 $100, we had 7 notes....that were rejected by the shops. JUST BEWARE.

The worst you get are fake 100's and 50's. It's hard to tell the difference. When in doubt the shops will reject them. The rule of thumb is don't accept new crisp notes. You want those already in circulation.
