dear sir         i regretfully beg to state that due to extreme illness of my son i was unable to come and collect my visa's since he is in a very severe condition and could not be left alone i tried to send some one else in my place but authorities won't let them hav the visa i live in Lahore can u please tell me some other means to collect the passports like mail or something i would be very obliged thank you waiting for your response

I m sorry that you do have to collect the visa yourself. I advise you find a relative to take after your son for you when you live.
