Thanks for advise about safety in china, Is it possible to get some chinese english interpretors to help in business meetings in SHANGHAI, BEIJING,GUANGZHOU on payment and also hotel, travelling charges\Is there any web site to find the right person ? Please suggest and advise

Yes, you could hire an English interpretor easily in these cities. Maybe you could ask for help from some professional interpretor organization.
As for hotels and traveling charges, I think this website could give you some help.
