You could go the Chinese Embasssy in New Delhi to apply your visa.
The following documents must be included with application:
1. Your passport with blank pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration.
2. A completely filled application form affixed with one passport-sized photo.
3. A Visa Notification Form issued by Chinese authorized department.
4. Round-trip air ticket
5. Hotel booking form.
