I have someone calling me from a local number in Shenzhen China/Is there a way I can find out who it belongs to,.If I all they just hang up

It is impossible to find who he is. Have you called back? In my opinion, you'd better ignore it. If he really want to contat you,he will call you again. Do not call back in case of cheat.
