I'm a US citizen living in Mexico and will travel to China in November with a US Passport. Can I get my visa in Tijuana or must I get it in Los Angeles?

Currently, the swine flu has made it hard to get Chinese visa in Mexico. Even in your country (USA), the regular processing time of Chinese visa has been delayed from 4 busines days to 6 business days. So it is better to go back to your home country to apply for China visa.
