About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I am Ramiro, my visa application in China Embassy was declined twice.
Am applying for F visa and here are the documents that I presented:
1. Passport
2. plane tickets and hotel accomodation

May I know what documents do I still need to present to have my application approved.

Check if all your documents are still valid.
1. For the application, your passport is required to have at least six months validity left before expiration and have at least two blank visa pages left in it
2. Your appication form is duly (correctly) filled out
3. The invitation letter should be issued from a authorized Chinese organization
