Dear Commerce Ministry of China,

i need your help in the big problem with company from china side

the problem : when i browsed some sites on internet , i found company site sale mobile phones with a good prices . i contact this company through MSN ( windows live messanger ) , on the first i talk with person called (Peter) . i asked him that i want to make order with I-PHONE mobile phone and he asked me to pay to him the cost of 2 items of this product (189 Eur * 2 ) 40 Eur cost of shipment = 418 Eur and i informed him that rolles that i can't transfer mony to him in Eur , so he asked me to transfer to him ( 526 USD ) and i do and his Western Union account information as it on site
the second day he informed me that (your goods were detained by the customs becuase the shortage of the taxes and you must pay 280 Eur ) , i refused that and i informed him that is not our deal and his team manger talk to me ( Cindy ) and she informed me when i buy 2 items they send it as a gift but for my bad luck it detained by the customs detained by the customs and if i bought 5 items from their company they will pay all tariffs and all customs taxes , so she asked me to transfer to here the cost of (3*189) = 567 Euro = 717 USD on Western Union account
and i do it to send to me 5 items of I-PHONE mobile phone and she promised me that i will not pay any extra money for there side

the next day she asked me to pay ( 80.5 Euro ) as a customs fee but i refused


and i didn't recieved this 5 item and they didn't return my mony , so please i want solution to my problem as i can't contact now this company ( the MSN account alwys offline and i sent mail to company on them site but no answer , so is this deceitful company or my i can keep my right please help me

Hi, I am sorry to hear that. I think you need to protect your rights through the leagal way. You can call 12315 to complain, but i am not sure if it offers english service. If make a call is not feasible, you can email China Consumer's Association for complain. This is the webiste of it, Although it is in chinese, you can find three english words in the top left, they are : english, emial, help. Click email, then you can sent them a email through outlook, you can state your problem clearly in your letter.
