Well, if you would like to reach Shenzhen from Macau directly, it seems that you have to apply for a China Visa in advance in Philippines or when you arrive in Macau (needs at least 4days)

So, it is suggested that you take Hong Kong as a transfer station, beacuse you could apply for a 5-day's visa to Shenzhen Special Economic Zone as soon as you arrive at the custom ports to Shenzhen. The WOW is just located in the special zone.

From Macau to HK, you could take a ferry from Macau's New Macau Maritime Ferry Terminal to the China Hong Kong Ferry Terminal. The fare is about HK$150 per adult and the journey is about 60~75 minutes.
