Generally speaking, the Ice Festival will last to the end of February. However, many ice and snow statues will be dirty or destroyed then, so it will not be that beautiful at that time. Actuaaly, as along as it snows in the winter, you can come for snow and ice scenery. There is no need to travel in the very peak season, spending the highest price. Just for your reference.0
