I would like to see the Harbin Ice Festival. I am on vacation from Feb 6 until February 14 and am hoping the festival will still be running during this time.

Dear Leanne Roles, Harbin Ice and Snow Festival is from December 28, 2007to mid-February, 2008. We would like to remind you in advance that the period just comes across the Chinese Spring Festival, and it will be very crowded then.
