About:Beijing Travel

We are arriving in Xingang port from a cruise. What is the best way to take the bullet train to Beijing? Where do we catch the train? How much is it? Do we have to buy tickets in advance? Is there a train schedule we can look at? Do we take a taxi to the train station from the port? Do taxis take you from the train station to the hotel in Beijing? Thank you. Brenda

Well, both of the Tanggu Railway Station and Tian Railway Station in Tianjin have bullet trains to Beijing. The Xingang Port is very close to the Tanggu Station, just 10yuan by taxi. However, there are only five bullet trains departing to Beijing from this station, respectively at 08:20, 12:14, 13:44, 17:04 and 19:59. The Tianjin Railway Station has much more bullet trains but far from the port. You could search the detailed train informatin&ticket fare at https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-trains/

Hi, Mrs. Brenda! The ticket fare: 58 RMB for the second class seat and 69RMB for the first-class. The whole journey is only 30 minutes.

Thank you for your reply. Another question. I have noticed the Taggue bullet train to Beijing goes to Beijing South station. If I want to go to the Doncheng
District Station, how would I do that from Beijing South Station. I don't believe there is a bullet train from Beijing South to Beijing Station. How much would that cost?

you can take the bus 652 to Liujiayao at the station plaza, take 1 RMB,when you go there you can see the subway of liujiayao station, then go into it,take the line 5, cost 2RMB,you can go to Dongcheng, if you can tell me you Hotel's name , I can tell you at which station you can get off.
